马蹄莲花包
在所有的鲜花中我最喜欢的是马蹄莲,白色的马蹄莲清新优雅而美丽,气质高贵而纯洁,它的花语是“忠贞不渝,永结同心”。面包通常是以圆形方形比较平面的展现在我们的生活中,但是其实只要我们多观察多想创意,面包也可以很立体,也可以很优雅。

  • 金像高粉140g
  • 白糖20g
  • 全蛋液10g
  • 黄油15g
  • 温水80g
  • 6g
  • 酵母5ml
  • 早餐奶酪少许
  • 2.5ml

Steps to make 马蹄莲花包

  • 1.除黄油外所有材料按先液体后粉最后酵母称重后放入面包机
  • 2.揉成面团10分钟后,放入黄油继续揉面10分钟到扩展阶段有薄膜即可
  • 3.室温发酵1个小时,排气后室温醒发10分钟
  • 4.铝箔纸揉成螺旋形状
  • 5.分割出六个小面团,每个重15-20克
  • 6.用擀面杖擀成上款下窄的薄片
  • 7.把螺旋铝箔放到面片上,左右两边包裹,面团前端揪出箭头
  • 8.包好后放到圆盘上醒发15分钟,前端要耷拉下垂以保持形状
  • 9.烤箱预热170度,中下层烤6-8分钟即可
  • 10.早餐奶酪切条后,每两条上下罗放,前端用剪子剪出毛擦仿真花蕊
  • 11.拿出铝箔纸,放入奶酪条,装饰上绿植即可
