还记得以前的工作时,加完班,一大帮人,总是在单位旁边的小店吃饭,肚子很饿,基本是工作餐,点下饭的菜,记得当时有个菜,很普通,但给我的印象很深,叫梅菜黄豆,每次去这小店吃饭时,总忘不了点它,前段时间在华人超市买了包梅菜,后悔没买多两包,前天做了梅菜肉饼,剩下的梅菜,都炒黄豆了,边吃边回想起以前的情境,往事象电影似的幕幕展现在眼前。

Steps to make 梅菜炒黄豆

  • 1.黄豆隔夜泡;
  • 2.将梅菜隔夜泡,不时换换水,把菜叶翻开来洗;
  • 3.洗去泥砂后,将梅菜切成粒;
  • 4.起锅将梅菜煸干,盛起;
  • 5.再起锅,慢火放辣椒段,爆出味道和颜色后倒入梅菜,稍炒,盛起备用;
  • 6.用小半锅水煮黄豆,煮至黄豆较软些,然后倒去多余的水,滤干些;
  • 7.起锅,放少许油,把黄豆稍爆;
  • 8.倒入炒过的梅菜,加少许生抽和糖,撒一点胡椒粉和料酒,兜均匀即可。
