清香樱桃果酒
第一次谈恋爱,第一次独自旅行,第一次一个人承受生活的艰辛……人生有无数个第一次,就像现在我第一次尝试发菜谱,一个月前和朋友到我们这著名的旅游景点"皇城相府"庄园去采摘了樱桃,本想腌一点装饰樱桃,没成想竟然无意中酿出了清香的樱桃果酒,樱桃都已芳华殆尽,汁水颜色尽数晰出,此酒没加一滴水,入口甜润芬香。

Steps to make 清香樱桃果酒

  • 1.新鲜的樱桃洗净,控干水,一个干净的瓶子用开水消毒,然后放入整棵樱桃和白糖、干白(干红也可以,不过颜色会更深,干白的颜色全是樱桃晰出的,个人很喜欢),入蒸锅蒸至白糖全化,趁热盖上瓶盖,放阴凉处,5天后入冰箱
  • 2.20天后就可以打开喝了
