山药莲子炖乌鸡
【炖汤】
味道鲜美外而且汤水很清晰,
跟煲出来的汤不一样;

大家不妨善用家常使用的材料,
如红枣、莲子、百合、罗汉果、蜜枣、无花果干、
雪梨、木瓜、等材料;
在煲汤时可以加入少许其中的材料,
可以令煲出来的汤更美味滋养。

  • 乌鸡手枪腿1只
  • 山药8片
  • 莲子12粒
  • 枸杞20粒
  • 800ML

Steps to make 山药莲子炖乌鸡

  • 1.材料洗净后将乌鸡腿切成4块,所有材料分成两份。
  • 2.把切好的乌鸡腿放入炖盅里,再放入莲子。
  • 3.山药和枸杞。
  • 4.加入水分每盅400ML的水。
  • 5.盖上盖子放入电炖锅里。
  • 6.电炖锅里放入适量的水,启动电源选择慢炖程序4个小时;炖好后加入少许盐即可食用。
  • 7.成品。
