    Steps to make 珍珠肉丸

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.糯米用清水泡一会。
    • 3.枸杞泡发。
    • 4.猪精肉,放料理机打成泥。
    • 5.豆腐入锅蒸两分钟放凉,压成泥和猪肉泥,胡椒粉,生姜末,糖,盐,食用油,料酒入大碗。
    • 6.用筷子往一个方向搅打上劲。
    • 7.泡好的糯米,沥干水份,倒入盘中。
    • 8.取一小块打好的肉泥,揉成球,放入糯米中。
    • 9.滚上糯米,沾均匀即可。
    • 10.所有的丸子做好后,放入垫了叶子的蒸笼内。
    • 11.丸子顶端放上泡好的枸杞装饰。
    • 12.中火蒸25——30分钟即可。(根据丸子的大小做调整。)
