  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 淡奶油30克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 酵母3克
  • 椰蓉70克
  • 黄油30克
  • 鸡蛋液15克
  • 糖粉20克

Steps to make 椰蓉面包

  • 1.所有材料,除黄油外加入面包机桶
  • 2.启动揉面程序进行揉面
  • 3.揉面20分钟后加入软化好的黄油继续揉面两个程序
  • 4.直至面团用手可拉出薄膜
  • 5.发酵40分钟左右至原面团的2倍大
  • 6.取出面团排气,份成一样重量的小面团
  • 7.包入适量椰蓉馅收口
  • 8.用擀面杖擀成椭圆形,中间横向切几刀
  • 9.按住一边,另一边向一侧卷起
  • 10.排入铺油纸的烤盘,进入烤箱发酵半小时
  • 11.发酵好的面包取出在表面刷一层全蛋液
  • 12.再次入烤箱中层上下火180度18分钟
  • 13.表面烤至理想色泽即可。冷却至不烫手后密封保存。
  • 14.椰蓉馅做法,黄油融化成液态,加入糖粉和蛋液搅拌均匀
  • 15.加入椰蓉拌匀即成椰蓉馅。
