好久没有做面包了,于是便做了款酥香面包,在烘烤的时候,一阵浓郁的奶油香味扑鼻而来,闻到香味就有一种想吃的欲望了,连我这位正在减肥中的人都一下子吃了两个,大家可以试着做一次哦~~

  • 酵母3克
  • 全蛋15克
  • 130克
  • 黄油20克
  • 黄油40克
  • 糖粉25克
  • 低筋面粉15克

Steps to make 酥香面包

  • 1.油酥面糊:黄油室温软化后,加入糖粉用橡皮刮刀拌和均匀,再搅打成松发状;
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉,用橡胶刮刀拌成面糊状,油酥面糊完成备用;
  • 3.将除黄油以为的所有原料倒入面包机里,设置和面程序,20分钟后,暂停,加入黄油,重新设置和面程序,结束后将面团放入大碗中,进行基础发酵;
  • 4.面团发至2倍大,基础发酵结束;
  • 5.将面团分割成8份,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜,松弛10分钟;
  • 6.将面团擀成长舌状;
  • 7.整形成橄榄形;
  • 8.捏紧收口;
  • 9.将整形好的面团移到烤盘上;
  • 10.将烤盘放入烤箱中,放入一小碗温水,设置发酵功能,进行最后发酵;
  • 11.最后发酵结束后,在面团表面均匀刷上蛋液,再将奶酥面糊挤在面团表面;
  • 12.烤箱预热180度,放入烤盘进行烘烤,烤15分钟。
