    Steps to make 日式花の造型饭团

    • 1.将日本寿司醋和煮好的白米饭以饭7:醋1的比例拌匀制醋饭(醋饭方法参考金沙甜粟米反卷,如要自制寿司醋,参考鲭鱼寿司)
    • 2.将柴鱼片拌入醋饭中。
    • 3.将甜粟米放入均匀拌好。
    • 4.将拌好的食材装入花型饭团压制模具中。
    • 5.用拇指在饭中间挖一个洞。
    • 6.在洞里放入适当的鳗鱼。
    • 7.再放入海苔酱(日式海苔酱在超市有售)
    • 8.表面覆盖上醋饭,将盖子盖起来压实。
    • 9.轻轻敲打模具底部(压好后轻轻敲打好脱模)。
    • 10.倒扣饭团。
