    • 1.边鱼清洗干净,刮去腹中黑膜。
    • 2.两面均匀的撒上盐腌制半小时。
    • 3.腌制好的鱼冲洗去多余的盐份。
    • 4.边鱼切块。
    • 5.青红椒切圈。
    • 6.蒜切碎。
    • 7.锅中放油烧热,放入边鱼块煎。
    • 8.中小火慢慢煎至两面金黄。
    • 9.锅中放入底油,放入青红椒蒜末煸香。
    • 10.放入一小勺豆瓣酱炒出红油。
    • 11.放入边鱼块翻炒均匀。
    • 12.沿锅边烹入少许水,改小火,盖上锅盖焖两三分钟。
    • 13.收干水份,关火。
    • 14.成品。
