  • 1.解冻虾。
  • 2.剪掉。
  • 3.挑出虾线。
  • 4.牙签穿进第三节,挑出虾线。
  • 5.清洗一下。
  • 6.葱姜蒜小米辣香菜。
  • 7.拌匀。
  • 8.蒸鱼豉油淋两勺左右。
  • 9.料酒一点点。
  • 10.装入锡纸烤盘。
