本来是准备用五花肉酸菜炒粉丝的,结果五花肉忘记化冻了,又急着备午饭,只好用鸡蛋了。当然,还把之前备好的酸菜也下锅了,结果还真不错,有了酸菜的加入,这盘菜更加美味了。无意间的收获,以后可以常用这个搭配。
粉类食物,在我家很受欢迎,怎么做都喜欢,肉末粉丝(条),大锅炖菜,酸辣粉,凉拌粉丝,各种吃法常常轮换着做。粉类食物特别认肥油,有了五花肉,味道会特别美,实在不用五花肉,搭配鸡蛋也是一个不错的选择。
粉是个统称,全国各地有各种各样不同的粉,米粉,粉丝,土豆粉,红薯粉,河粉,粉干等,吃法也有不同,可炒可煮,可干可湿。现在商业和物流这么发达,不妨试着尝试非本地的一些材料,会吃出新感觉的。

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.粉丝用温水泡发。
  • 3.泡成这样就可以了。
  • 4.捞出来沥水。
  • 5.葱姜切碎。
  • 6.准备一碗料法汁,生抽,醋和水。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散,加一点儿清水拌均匀。
  • 8.炒锅倒油,淋入蛋液,快速炒定型,然后下葱姜酸菜。
  • 9.下入粉丝。
  • 10.淋入料汁。
  • 11.拌炒均匀后放上香菜,酌量加盐和白胡椒粉,出锅即可。
