挺韩式的鸡蛋卷,早午晚餐皆宜,带着去野餐也不错哦~~~

  • 韩式辣白菜200克
  • 香葱2根
  • 亨氏番茄辣椒酱1匙
  • 白砂糖少许

Steps to make 泡菜鸡蛋卷

  • 1.主要材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散;
  • 3.最好是过滤一下蛋液;
  • 4.葱切碎,加入蛋液中拌匀;
  • 5.辣白菜挤干汤水切碎,加入番茄辣椒酱、胡椒粉、白糖和黑芝麻拌均匀;
  • 6.平底锅加油烧热,先倒入一半的蛋液,小火煎;
  • 7.煎得差不多时放入一半拌好的辣白菜;
  • 8.从一边卷起后再两边煎一下即可。(剩下的一半蛋液和辣白菜煎另一蛋卷)
  • 9.切开食用。
