蒜蓉金针菇蒸虾

Steps to make 蒜蓉金针菇蒸虾

  • 1.金针菇洗净沥干水,摆盘。
  • 2.鲜虾去虾肠开背,用刀轻轻切几下断筋,呆会蒸才不会卷起。
  • 3.虾摆盘。
  • 4.蒜蓉切细碎。
  • 5.把切好的一半蒜蓉撒在上面。
  • 6.蒸中煮开水后放入蒸10分钟。
  • 7.另起一油锅,把另一半蒜蓉炒香。
  • 8.加入肉碎炒散。
  • 9.按口味调入盐,酱油,蚝油,最后勾芡。
  • 10.淋在蒸好的金针菇虾上面,撒点葱花,摆点辣椒装饰下即可。
