滋润美肤~鲫鱼鸡蛋汤
好几天没有正儿八经的喝过汤、身体会感觉干燥、缺水似的、尽管喝了好多茶水和吃了一些水果、毕竟汤水最滋润人,不能再偷懒了、早起晨运回来顺便去市场买菜、直奔卖鱼的档口、买了一条回家鲫鱼熬汤,鲫鱼有美肤、滋补、明目、益智、健脑、补肝、客家人喜欢用鲫鱼做汤给产妇进补、它有通乳、增强免疫力的功效。这几天外出暴晒了好久、皮肤要好好护理一下了、喝一碗鲫鱼汤减轻皱纹的生成和黑色素的形成吧。。。女人天生爱美嘻嘻~~

Steps to make 滋润美肤~鲫鱼鸡蛋汤

  • 1.直接叫鱼档伙计把鲫鱼处理好、回来清洗干净、沥干水,鱼身抹上一勺盐,腌制片刻。
  • 2.准备鸡蛋、葱、姜、香菜、处理干净。
  • 3.平底锅烧热、加上适量食用油,鲫鱼冲洗干净、抹干水分、煎至两面焦黄色。
  • 4.砂锅放适量水、丢下姜片煮开。
  • 5.放下煎好的鲫鱼。
  • 6.平底锅煎好鱼后、继续煎鸡蛋。
  • 7.鸡蛋煎好后放进砂锅内。
  • 8.遮上锅盖大火煮开后、调至中火煮30分钟左右。
  • 9.鱼汤熬好后、调人盐。
  • 10.调人鸡粉。
  • 11.加上少许胡椒粉,搅拌均匀、把鱼肉也搅烂、融入汤水里。
  • 12.舀起、撒些葱和香菜即可。
  • 13.喝汤、吃鸡蛋~
