  • 牛奶50克
  • 鸡蛋五个
  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 白糖50克
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 食用油50克

Steps to make 蛋糕卷

  • 1.50克食用油50克牛奶。
  • 2.搅拌到乳化状态。
  • 3.筛入50克低筋面粉Z字形搅拌。
  • 4.再放入五颗鸡蛋黄搅拌至顺滑备用。
  • 5.烤箱预热,五颗蛋清加几滴柠檬汁,再分三次倒入白糖。
  • 6.打发成蛋白霜。
  • 7.取一部分蛋白霜放到蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀。
  • 8.再倒回蛋白霜盆里。
  • 9.翻拌均匀。
  • 10.距离烤盘二十厘米左右的距离,把糊糊倒入烤盘中。
  • 11.振几下烤盘,振出多余气泡,表面拿刮板刮平。
  • 12.烤箱中层,155度烤25分钟。
  • 13.烤好取出。
  • 14.晾凉。
  • 15.一面抹写奶油。
  • 16.卷起,一份蛋糕卷旧制度完成。
