Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.煮锅中加水煮熟鸡蛋。
  • 3.室温软化黄油,加糖粉打发。(打到体积稍微膨大,颜色稍变浅,呈膨松状)
  • 4.把煮熟的鸡蛋剥掉外壳,取出蛋黄。蛋黄放入小筛网中过筛成粉。
  • 5.筛入混合好的低粉、玉米淀粉。
  • 6.用手揉成面团用保鲜膜包好,放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 7.将冷藏好的面团取出,搓成小圆球,排入烤盘中。
  • 8.用食指按扁。(按扁的时候,饼干会出现自然的裂纹)
  • 9.烤箱预热180度中层约15分钟即可温软化黄油,加糖粉打发。(打到体积稍微膨大,颜色稍变浅,呈膨松状)
