蛋卷冰淇淋
我以前用各种水果、牛奶、奶油做过冰淇淋,因为没有冰淇淋机,所以手工制作时比较费时。自从用了冰淇淋粉,感觉省事多了,只需按材料配比就能做出香甜醇厚的冰淇淋来。

单吃冰淇淋似乎热量有点儿高,搭配上香脆的蛋卷裹着吃不更像甜品店的吗?即使没有蛋卷,用勺舀着吃,个人感觉更过瘾!

  • 鲜牛奶180克
  • 动物淡奶油50克

Steps to make 蛋卷冰淇淋

  • 1.提前数小时制作冰淇淋:100克抹茶味冰淇淋粉、180克纯牛奶、50克淡奶油;淡奶油可以用等量凉水或者牛奶代替。
  • 2.牛奶、淡奶油和冰淇淋粉同入盆中,混合均匀。
  • 3.用手抽搅拌均匀,很快就成浓稠状态。
  • 4.静置15分钟后重新搅拌均匀,倒入保鲜盒中;盖上盖子,入冰箱冷冻保存3-5小时,直到冻结实为止。
  • 5.用同样的方法再制作一份草莓味的冰淇淋。
  • 6.用勺子或者冰淇淋勺将冻好的冰淇淋挖球,放在蛋卷里或者杯子里即可食用。
  • 7.自制蛋卷冰淇淋,香甜冰爽,蛋卷嘎吧脆,比甜品店的实惠!
