泰式香辣虾
夏天没胃口,不想吃油腻的东西,来这一道,吃嘛嘛香!

Steps to make 泰式香辣虾

  • 1.先处理虾线,斑节虾有点大,处理途中,现场混乱!
  • 2.煮开水9成开就开始放入虾,煮3分钟熟了,起锅过凉水,要是有冰块放冰块中口感更佳,出锅过凉水我就去壳了,方便入味!
  • 3.准备配料。
  • 4.香菜,柠檬片,百香果,蒜姜沫小米辣,鸡精,白糖,盐,生抽,陈醋,胡椒粉放入拌匀,冷藏10分钟!
  • 5.装盘开吃咯!真的很美味,弹弹的,肉质紧实,口感一流,老少皆宜!
