鹌鹑蛋肉包
作为出生于农村的80后的南方人,从小却喜欢吃包子。记得小的时候,每年的端午节前,我的小姨夫总会骑着他的二八大杠自行车,用个布袋子装十几个包子来我家,送包子给我们吃,那时候能有大肉包吃别提有多高兴了。随着现在生活水平的提高,可以享受各种美食,但是永远都忘不了小时候的味道。

  • 面粉500g
  • 温水250g
  • 酵母5g
  • 猪肉200g
  • 鹌鹑蛋15个
  • 麻油1匙
  • 生姜1块
  • 老抽1匙
  • 生抽2匙
  • 蚝油1匙
  • 十三香1匙
  • 花椒10颗

Steps to make 鹌鹑蛋肉包

  • 1.500g面粉中,加入5g酵母、250g温开水揉面。
  • 2.揉到面光、盆光、手光,大约5分钟;盖上保鲜膜或盖子发酵。
  • 3.发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.出现蜂窝状。
  • 5.二次揉面,分成均匀的机子小荠子,每个大约45g
  • 6.凉水上锅,盖上盖子,再次醒发20分钟。
  • 7.开大火,水开后调中火蒸15分钟,关火再闷5分钟后开锅盖。
  • 8.成品出锅。
  • 9.美味的鹌鹑蛋肉包就做好啦。
