    Steps to make 鸡蛋皮豆腐饸饹

    • 1.荞麦粉和面粉1:2的比例,加温水和成硬一点的面团醒三十分钟。
    • 2.各种时蔬改刀备用。
    • 3.豆腐切丁,锅中入油烧热,倒入豆腐丁煎上色盛出备用。
    • 4.鸡蛋煎成皮切菱形状,香菜切碎,韭菜洗净切段泼入热油。
    • 5.醒好的面多投几次,改刀成剂子备用。
    • 6.锅中入油烧热,放入各种时蔬翻炒均匀。
    • 7.加入豆腐丁,五香粉,姜粉翻炒均匀。
