Steps to make 香芥菜肉馅油煎饼

  • 1.夹心肉剁细,加盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油往同一个方向拌匀。
  • 2.香芥菜清洗干净,在沸水中焯软,捞出过凉。
  • 3.切细,挤去水分。
  • 4.老豆腐切细。
  • 5.香葱切细。
  • 6.全部食材放在一起,加蒜泥、油拌匀成馅。
  • 7.面粉200g、酵母2g、水170g搅拌成稠面糊,盖保鲜膜发酵。
  • 8.发酵好的面糊用筷子搅拌一下,水分多,面糊很粘,操作时手上要沾上干面粉,取小团面糊在手上揉圆压扁。
  • 9.放上芥菜肉馅。
  • 10.收好口。
  • 11.平底锅刷油,放入馅饼煎制。
  • 12.翻面再煎。
  • 13.加适量水,盖盖焖烧。
  • 14.水分烧干。
  • 15.油煎饼馅香皮软,很好吃。
