手工冰粉
冰粉,是起源于四川眉山的一道著名小吃,近年在成都颇为流行,是著名的夏季小吃。冰凉香甜,嫩滑爽口,生津解暑,清凉降火。作为夏天的一道美食,因其爽滑、透明、冰爽、美味、价廉而倍受人们青睐。
其主原料产自冰粉树,学名假酸浆,又称珍珠莲,冰粉树。原产于秘鲁,国内主要分布云南、广西等地;贵州、湖南、四川地区亦有栽培,冰粉这道美味的小吃也是起源于此。

Steps to make 手工冰粉

  • 1.冰粉籽和石灰粉准备好。
  • 2.取100克冰粉籽备用。
  • 3.石灰粉取10克用400克凉开水搅拌均匀。
  • 4.搅拌均匀放置一旁澄清备用。
  • 5.冰粉籽用纱布包好扎起来。放入2400克左右凉开水中搓洗,力度轻柔,搓6分钟。(注意不要超过6分钟,搓洗的力度轻柔,缓慢,均匀)
  • 6.将澄清的石灰水清水的那一部分倒入搓好的冰粉浆中,迅速用筷子来回搅匀,静置1个小时左右凝固好就可以了。放入冰箱冷藏后口感更佳。
  • 7.花生米放入烤箱180度10分钟烤香。
  • 8.去皮碾碎。
  • 9.红糖加入适量水熬成红糖水。
  • 10.冰粉凝固后加入红糖水和花生米即可。
  • 11.手工冰粉,儿时的味道。
  • 12.成品。
