Steps to make 照烧鸡肉汉堡

  • 1.面包桶内倒入牛奶,鸡蛋,橄榄油,一角放入盐,一角放入白糖。加入高粉,顶部加入酵母。启动面包机揉面程序,揉至出膜后发酵。
  • 2.鸡胸肉洗净擦干水分,切成片。
  • 3.照烧腌料用水调开。
  • 4.加入鸡肉中抓匀腌制2小时以上。
  • 5.面团发好了。
  • 6.面团发酵成两倍大时取出滚圆排气,分成小份。盖保鲜膜松弛10分钟。
  • 7.整理成圆形放烤盘二次发酵。
  • 8.发酵成两倍大时刷蛋液。撒上白芝麻。放入烤箱180度,烤12分钟左右。表面上色即可。
  • 9.腌好的鸡肉放入空气炸锅炸栏中。
  • 10.空气炸锅200度,烤20分钟左右。
  • 11.烤好的面包平切成两半。生菜洗净沥水。
  • 12.放上生菜,挤上千岛酱。放上烤好的鸡胸肉。
  • 13.再挤一层沙拉酱盖上顶部的面包就OK了。
