Steps to make 青椒炒腊肉

  • 1.青椒3个洗净去籽
  • 2.腊肉是过节的时候买了好几块,放在冰箱里,一直也没有做,这次跟青椒搭配可以消耗掉一块,青椒洗好
  • 3.腊肉切成薄片,很油的,切的时候冒出了很多油
  • 4.青椒去掉籽,掰成小块
  • 5.葱段切成葱花
  • 6.开火后做炒勺,油热后,放入腊肉煸炒
  • 7.炒了约有5分钟,腊肉不熟,出来不少油,撇出去了一些,放入葱花,炒出葱香味
  • 8.放入辣椒块,放入花椒面,盐,继续煸炒
  • 9.放入半勺酱油
  • 10.炒匀后放味精
  • 11.出锅装盘就可以了
