Steps to make 蔬菜煎饺

  • 1.准备好的食材
  • 2.100g面粉,分别倒入50g蔬菜汁
  • 3.先用筷子搅拌成面坨坨
  • 4.再用手和面揉成面团
  • 5.揉好所有的蔬菜面团
  • 6.将揉好面团分别搓成长条:
  • 7.再将面团分成小段,切好的面团后,在面团上撒少许面粉,防止面团黏在一起
  • 8.用擀面杖擀成饺子皮
  • 9.锅中倒入水烧开,放入大白菜焯下水
  • 10.将大白菜捞出来凉晾,用手将大白菜里的水捏干
  • 11.用刀将大白菜切碎,再剁成末
  • 12.剁好的大白菜再次放入沙布里,用手再次捏一遍,捏完后,大白菜里的水完全干了
  • 13.将三个鸡蛋磕入锅中
  • 14.放入1 g白胡椒粉,1勺料酒
  • 15.用筷子搅拌均匀
  • 16.锅中倒入油烧热,倒入鸡蛋液煎熟
  • 17.煎好的鸡蛋花放在菜板上,用刀剁碎
  • 18.剁好的蛋花放入白菜碗中,加入15g葱花,15g姜未,3g盐,鸡精2g,酱油2勺,香油5勺,搅拌均匀成馅料
  • 19.取一个饺子皮放入馅料,包成饺子
  • 20.锅中倒入油,放入包好的饺子煎2/3分钟,倒入适量水
  • 21.盖上盖焖至熟
  • 22.煎好的饺子撒上适量白芝麻或葱花即可
