裱花蛋糕:众桃捧寿
借他人的名誉满足自己的口腹之欲的蛋糕。
一个计划外的蛋糕,没有任何的想法。本只想随随便便堆点线条,但终归还是应该应应景。越简单越好。就用一个大大的寿填满空白,连这个“寿”也懒得去费脑筋,就用惯常用的那个。上下两圈寿桃,看起来也可以交差了。但调的奶油还有富余。索性全都堆砌上去,结果看起来倒显得繁复了。

  • 1.用料
  • 2.蛋糕横剖成两片,将碎屑清理干净
  • 3.奶油加糖,搅打至能保持花纹的状态
  • 4.取一片蛋糕抹满奶油
  • 5.放上另一片,抹面
  • 6.顶面和侧面抹满奶油
  • 7.调红色奶油
  • 8.在表面写一个寿字
  • 9.底边和顶边分别挤一圈寿桃
  • 10.调绿色奶油
  • 11.在寿桃之间挤上绿叶
  • 12.寿字周围点缀几片叶子
  • 13.侧面也挤上两排绿叶
  • 14.再挤一圈向下的寿桃
  • 15.寿字旁边的绿叶也挤几颗寿桃
  • 16.完成
