蔓越莓饼干

  • 低筋面粉320克
  • 蔓越莓干55克
  • 全蛋液65克
  • 黄油200克
  • 糖粉135克

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块室温软化后加入糖粉。
  • 2.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 3.再用打蛋器低速打至黄油颜色变浅,体积变大。
  • 4.分3-4次加入鸡蛋液,每次加入都要打发至黄油和液体完全融合再加下一次。
  • 5.筛入低粉,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 6.加入剪好的蔓越莓干,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.整理成长方形,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷冻30分钟左右。
  • 8.取出切成厚度相等的薄片,码放入烤盘中,中间适当的留一些空隙,因为饼干在烤的过程中会膨胀。
  • 9.送入预热好的烤箱中层,选择饼干/蛋挞功能(上下管同时加热,温度调节为175度,25分钟)。
  • 10.出炉后晾凉即可食用,吃不完的可以用密封罐子或密封袋装好,防止发潮影响口感。
