Steps to make 猫爪汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉100克 + 开水75克和光滑圆团,取10克小糯米团,加粉红色素调色
  • 2.将粉红色面条取一小部分,搓长搓细,切小块滚圆成约1mm左右的小团,上覆保鲜膜全部压成圆形小饼,放置一边备用
  • 3.将白红色面条取一小部分,搓长搓细,切小块滚圆成约5mm左右的小团,直接压上保鲜膜上的红色小饼,就可以轻松完成组合
  • 4.肉掌部分酌情放大,全部做完后如图覆盖保鲜膜保湿,放一边备用
  • 5.将小肉球捏成水滴状,中间稍稍占点水粘合在一起
  • 6.将肉掌部分捏成有弧度的三角形,中间涂水压上
  • 7.制作完成后,可以平铺放入冷冻室冻硬,这样有利于水煮时不容易松散。(当然这步骤也可以省略)
  • 8.吃的时候,和普通甜品小圆子一样,配水果羹还是酒酿羹自选哦,软软糯糯好味道
  • 9.这次的汤底是酒酿蛋花羹,里面浮浮沉沉的小猫爪真是让人爱不释手
  • 10.爱心很容易做的,小团子搓圆,用拇指和食指夹,上面用牙签压一个凹槽,最后压压扁就完成了
