  • 香肠一根
  • 牛奶20g(自选)

Steps to make 粗粮司康

  • 1.将黑麦麦麸、全麦粉、面粉、细砂糖和泡打粉混合均匀。
  • 2.将食用油加入混合好的粉中
  • 3.将煮好的香肠切成小块
  • 4.将香肠丁加入混合好的粉团中
  • 5.加入牛奶混合均匀
  • 6.将面团做成圆饼型。烤箱预热180度,上下火,中层,烤制10到15分钟,表面金黄即可。也可以在表面刷上一层牛奶液,可以增加色泽感。
