买了一包做马卡龙的杏仁粉,老爸不喜欢吃马卡龙,为了讨他老人家欢喜,特意用杏仁粉做了一些杏仁酥饼,让他解解馋。他一吃就说:哎哟,有澳门杏仁饼的味道。虽然与澳门杏仁饼的材料不同,但得到他老人家的赞许,很开心。

  • 低筋面粉90g
  • 杏仁粉20g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 糖粉30g
  • 玉米油45g
  • 小苏打1g

Steps to make 杏仁酥饼

  • 1.低筋面粉过筛加上杏仁粉,因为我买的是马卡龙用的细杏仁粉,不用过筛
  • 2.混合均匀
  • 3.碗里装入蛋黄
  • 4.加入玉米油
  • 5.倒入糖粉
  • 6.用刮刀拌均匀
  • 7.将面粉和杏仁粉倒入
  • 8.用刮刀压拌成团
  • 9.分成10份,每份20克,放在烤箱自带的不粘烤盘上
  • 10.将面团压扁平一些,用法焙客50克月饼模压出花纹。(月饼模先洒一些干粉)
  • 11.直接在烤盘上压出,以防移动中变形
  • 12.放入已经预热到170度的东菱K40C烤箱倒数第二层,烘烤15-18分钟
  • 13.烘烤结束,取出
