兔子曲奇饼干

Steps to make 兔子曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油软化加糖粉打至顺滑
  • 3.加入蛋黄打均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉,揉均匀(不要过度地揉,粉都湿润即可)
  • 5.分成等量的两份,其中一份加入抹茶粉揉匀(我这里每份都是156g)
  • 6.原色面团分成120g,18g,18g三份
  • 7.120g的面团整成一个长方形(兔子的脸),18g的面团整成一个同长度的扁扁的长条(兔子的耳朵)。放进冰箱冷冻至硬
  • 8.拿出来,把两个耳朵叠在脸上,两个耳朵中间填充上抹茶味的面团,放冰箱冷冻至硬
  • 9.剩下的抹茶味面团擀成跟刚才做的兔子面团一样长度的薄片,宽度的话测量一下步骤8中的周长。放冰箱稍微冷冻一下,不要冻太硬,叠不起来
  • 10.步骤8中的面团外面裹上步骤9中的面团,放冰箱冷冻至硬
  • 11.切片
  • 12.用芝麻给兔子点上眼睛嘴巴
  • 13.烤箱180度15分钟。(烤七八分钟之后,可以在饼干上盖上一张锡纸,以免抹茶的颜色糊掉)
