  • 1.鱼排解冻,清洗干净。
  • 2.鱼排两面打上菱形花刀,方法先用刀在鱼身上斜切45度,然后再纵向斜切45度即可,下刀要浅,略微切入即可,不可以切断切透。这样切可以在腌制的时候使鱼排更入味。
  • 3.切成适当大小的块。
  • 4.放少许盐,两滴香草精,生粉,少量的麻辣鲜到鱼排上。麻辣鲜用的王守义的,吃起来没有辣味,孩子可以接收。
  • 5.抓匀,可以腌制久一些,也可以直接拿来用,打过花刀后很容易入味,况且鱼肉本来就图个鲜,所以盐一定不要放的太多。
  • 6.准备一个土鸡蛋打散,面包糠放在一个干净的盘子里。
  • 7.拿一块鱼排,沾一层蛋液。
  • 8.然后滚一层面包糠。
  • 9.锅内开中火,自己家吃不需要放太多的油,倒入比炒菜用量多些的油到锅里。下鱼排煎至两面金黄即可。
  • 10.有了鸡蛋和面包糠,定型非常好。还可以挤入适量的番茄酱或者沙拉酱,孩子很爱吃。
