    • 1.龙须粉丝泡温水10-20分钟软化
    • 2.大虾洗净备用,去虾须
    • 3.金针菇洗净备用
    • 4.入水稍煮后去虾壳,挑虾线,取虾肉备用
    • 5.大蒜切沫作蒜蓉、姜切末、大葱切沫,备用
    • 6.调汁:生抽1茶勺、蒸鱼豉油1汤勺、味精少许、耗油1茶勺
    • 7.去汤盘,盘子铺粉丝
    • 8.依次码上金针菇、大虾、芋艿,上面铺上蒜末、姜末、葱末
    • 9.在盘上撒上挑好的汁,隔水蒸10分钟
