Steps to make 桂圆虫草花猪肉汤

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.将瘦肉洗净,放冷水加热飞水。
  • 3.虫草花稍稍浸泡后清洗干净,桂圆肉,芡实及淮山洗净后再用水浸泡下。
  • 4.把所有材料放进砂锅里,加入适量的水,盖盖,大火烧开,小火煲一小时左右。用炖盅更好,隔水炖3小时。
  • 5.打开盖,调入适量盐,煮3分钟,盛出即可饮用。
