简易版辣白菜
去韩式餐厅就餐,餐前开胃菜一般都少不了辣白菜,其实很早以前就想做辣白菜,只是感觉虽然做起来不算困难,但无一例外的就是用料比较多,时间也稍长,还是有点麻烦,所以就一直耽搁下来。

前段时间无意中看到一款简易版辣白菜的节目,整个过程也就一天时间,于是备齐原料就开始做了,别看是简易版的,味道一点不减分哦,我真是吃到停不下来呢。

  • 红杭椒6个
  • 西芹80克
  • 80克
  • 100克
  • 鸡精15克
  • 辣椒粉50克
  • 大红浙醋100克

Steps to make 简易版辣白菜

  • 1.白菜去掉外层不好的部分,把外表层清洗一下。
  • 2.擦干水分,切成四份。层层均匀撒上盐,腌制1-2小时至出水。
  • 3.腌制白菜过程中,准备好其他配料。
  • 4.将配料菜切成小块。
  • 5.准备好调味。
  • 6.将配料和调味一起用料理机搅拌成泥,辣椒酱就做好了。
  • 7.经过2个小时腌制,大白菜明显变软。
  • 8.腌好的大白菜挤掉水份。
  • 9.从大白菜根部开始,一层层抹上做好的辣椒酱,放入密封保鲜盒中,入冰箱冷藏腌制,24小时后就可以吃了。
