  • 1.先把五花肉洗净。
  • 2.外皮用刀刮干净。
  • 3.切成6毫米的片。

  • 5.五花肉、绍酒1茶匙、酱油1汤匙、甜面酱、鸡粉、白糖、葱姜末。
  • 6.用手抓匀,腌制20分钟。
  • 7.放入自制炒米粉。
  • 8.翻拌均匀。
  • 9.将南瓜洗净,去皮。
  • 10.切成8毫米厚的片。
  • 11.放入盘子底部分。
  • 12.盘子周围也摆一圈。
  • 13.最后放入肉片。
  • 14.再摆上一圈南瓜。
  • 15.锅里放水烧开,放入南瓜蒸肉。
  • 16.大火蒸2小时,中间要加一次热水以免烧干了锅。
