Steps to make 开胃酸辣凤爪

  • 1.准备食材:鸡爪、生姜、小米辣椒、葱、蒜等;
  • 2.鸡爪冷水洗净,去趾甲,斩段;
  • 3.锅中适量的清水,放入鸡爪、生姜(3片)、料酒,煮沸之后改为中小火,煮6分钟;
  • 4.捞出,沥干水,放凉,待用;
  • 5.利用放凉但是,生姜去皮切片,小米辣椒洗净切段、葱洗净切段、蒜去皮等准备好;
  • 6.放凉的鸡爪,放入玻璃保鲜盒、在放生姜片、辣椒、葱、蒜、白砂糖、盐等;
  • 7.最后倒入白醋、生抽,液体要浸没固体即可;
  • 8.盖上盖子,放入冰箱浸泡一个晚上即可吃。PS:吃的时候,用干净无水筷子夹出,剩下的继续放冰箱想吃的是就吃。
