立夏乌米饭
今天是立夏了,立夏吃乌米饭一直是杭州人的传统习俗,老人们说吃了乌饭叶,蚊虫不会咬。说起乌米饭还有一个传说:战国时期,孙膑被迫害关在猪舍,老狱卒用乌树叶煮出乌黑的糯米饭,再捏成猪粪样的饭团,偷送给孙膑吃。孙膑不仅靠这个方法活了下来,身体还很健康,最终逃出监狱。孙膑第一次吃乌米饭就是在立夏那天。

传统的乌米饭是先把叶子洗净,去掉老枝,再取一把嫩叶放在手中,用双手不停地搓,直到把叶子搓烂渗出黑色的汁水。搓得越久,汁水越浓,煮出来的饭也越香。等叶子搓得差不多了,用纱布过滤掉叶渣,把糯米放在过滤好的汁水里泡一会,最后就像平时做饭那样煮熟即可。

昨天我在菜场买到了乌叶,也开始做乌米饭了,用手搓叶子又吃力手还会伤手,现代的厨房小家电解决了很多难题,用料理机打碎照样能做好吃的乌米饭!至于口味感觉还是拌糖的最美味!

    Steps to make 立夏乌米饭

    • 1.准备乌叶和糯米
    • 2.乌叶挑捡去老枝洗净后放入料理机
    • 3.加适量的水打成汁
    • 4.糯米洗净,将乌叶汁沥掉叶渣后倒入糯米浸泡一个晚上
    • 5.看浸泡后的糯米变色了
    • 6.放入电饭煲,不用放太多水
    • 7.按下煮饭健即可
    • 8.开锅,黑乌乌的乌米饭就做好了
    • 9.在上面撒点白糖就好吃了!
