  • 西兰花3朵
  • 白胡椒粉1/3匙
  • 1.5匙
  • 番茄酱1勺
  • 海鲜酱油1勺

Steps to make 汤咖喱

  • 1.鸡腿去骨,加入白胡椒粉和0.5匙盐抓匀腌制20分钟。
  • 2.锅中加入1勺植物油,放入鸡腿煎至两面金黄。
  • 3.锅中余油放入姜蒜末。
  • 4.放入咖喱酱,咖喱粉,番茄酱,海鲜酱油和罗勒炒匀。
  • 5.倒入适量清水,放入鸡腿烧开转小火煮40分钟,出锅前五分钟加入1匙盐调味。
  • 6.根茎和菌菇类蔬菜切块,加入1勺植物油拌匀。我用的是胡萝卜,土豆,藕,迷你南瓜,杏鲍菇玉米笋和西兰花。
  • 7.蔬菜放入空气炸锅,200度,每10分钟取出炸好的蔬菜,也可以分次炸,最后将汤汁浇在鸡腿和炸蔬菜上即可。
