    • 2.白菜嫩心洗净切细丝。
    • 3.将切好的菜丝加盐稍腌,抓去水份。
    • 4.炒锅倒油烧热,下蒜粒 花椒 干辣椒丝炒香。
    • 5.挤过水的菜丝纳盆,加切好的红椒丝。
    • 6.将烧热的油同调料一起浇在菜丝上,加一点盐和生抽及醋,拌均匀即可。
