今天做了鱼头泡饼火锅,真的很好吃,,,,某人说,这不是糊弄人吗,,,结果他吃的最多,一条3斤多的胖头鱼几乎都吃掉了,还搭配了烙饼 菇菌类 菜类 。。。都吃的饱饱的,暖暖的,,,,
鱼头泡饼火锅里面的鱼头咸鲜微辣,嫩而香味浓郁,油盐饼酥脆,蘸汤后松软可口。汤汁煮出的配菜很入味,,且营养丰富,口感鲜美,真是一锅吃出多种营养,多种口味。
鱼头的肉比较少,但是它也是有着好吃而美味的部位喔!牠那厚厚的鱼唇,可是拥有许多鱼胶。煮出来的汤,可说是鲜浓而美味。鱼头还含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,它对脑的发育尤为重要,可使大脑细胞异常活跃,故使推理、判断力极大增强,因此,常吃鱼头不仅可以健脑,而且还可延缓脑力衰退。

Steps to make 鱼头泡饼火锅

  • 1.把烙饼切成块备用。
  • 2.杏鲍菇洗净切成片。
  • 3.口蘑洗净切成片。
  • 4.金针菇洗净去掉根部。
  • 5.油菜摘洗干净。
  • 6.香菜洗净切成小段。
  • 7.鱼头去掉鱼鳃部分后将鱼头洗净沥干水分。
  • 8.将鱼头切开。
  • 9.鱼头用白酒、盐腌制10-20分钟左右。
  • 10.准备好八角和辣椒。
  • 11.葱切段,姜切片。蒜去皮。
  • 12.锅中注油,待油7成热时候,放入鱼头煎炸。
  • 13.煎炸一面上色后反面再炸另一面。
  • 14.煎炸好后将鱼头捞出,用余油爆香八角和辣椒。
  • 15.加入葱姜蒜炒香后加入老抽 醋 盐 糖。
  • 16.倒入热水。
  • 17.烧开后下入鱼头,大火煮开,转小火炖至 10分钟。
  • 18.做好的鱼头连汤一起倒入火锅中,撒上香菜加入烙饼和菜类就可以享受美食了。
