小黄人莲蓉包

  • 酵母3克
  • 南瓜泥210克
  • 莲蓉馅180克
  • 白糖20克
  • 黑芝麻酱1大勺

Steps to make 小黄人莲蓉包

  • 1.南瓜去皮去瓤放入蒸锅蒸熟
  • 2.取出乘热碾成泥
  • 3.酵母用温水10克化成液体
  • 4.面粉300克、南瓜泥、白糖、酵母水14克加入到面包桶搅拌均匀
  • 5.取出用手揉光滑加盖醒30分钟(南瓜的含水量不同,所用到的水分也不同,我这里没有加水,面要和的稍微硬一些以便成型)
  • 6.面粉50克加入2克酵母水、一大勺黑芝麻酱和适量水
  • 7.合成面团较硬
  • 8.同理,面粉40克加入2克酵母水和适量水合成面团加盖醒30分钟
  • 9.莲蓉馅分成20克一个的小球
  • 10.醒好的面再一次揉匀下每个约40克的剂子
  • 11.擀成中间厚四边薄的原片
  • 12.包入一个莲蓉馅
  • 13.用虎口慢慢合拢收口
  • 14.正面向上按扁备用
  • 15.黑色面团取一小块搓成长条后压扁擀成长方形薄片(越薄越好)裁成约0.8cm的条
  • 16.再裁成小段(长度是小黄人的半圆的长度)
  • 17.原色面团擀薄,用粗的吸管压出圆形
  • 18.黑色用细一点的吸管压出原片
  • 19.所有原件沾水组装如图
  • 20.最后再按上嘴(可以有很多种呦),二次发酵至1.5倍大
  • 21.冷水入锅,锅开后大火蒸10分钟关火,2-3分钟后开盖即可
