  • 1.普通面粉500G,酵母10G,无铝泡打粉10G,温水360G,和面。
  • 2.饧面20钟,擀长薄面皮,刷少量色拉油。

  • 4.撒布糖猪油丁,从右边连折10公分左右宽。
  • 5.当快折到头时,从左面反向折,复在面块上。
  • 6.用擀面杖压实面块。
