【肥肥妈的美味手记】——山楂果酱
10月来了,山楂成熟的时节来了,做开胃开胃的吧!

Steps to make 【肥肥妈的美味手记】——山楂果酱

  • 1.开始清洗山楂
  • 2.山楂去籽去杆,放在淡盐水里面,以免被氧化。
  • 3.加一点水,将山楂打成泥。
  • 4.山楂泥打出来了。
  • 5.煮锅里倒入一碗水,小火煮化冰糖。
  • 6.倒入山楂果泥,小火慢慢煮,不停地搅拌半小时左右,煮到浓稠。
  • 7.准备铺上保鲜膜的容器。
  • 8.山楂果泥凉了后,可以倒入容器里面,冷藏一天。
  • 9.第二天做好了山楂果酱,可以抹上吐司。
