Steps to make 巧克力蛋糕卷

  • 1.用干净的容器将蛋黄蛋白分离
  • 2.蛋黄中先加入25克细砂糖拌匀,再依次加入色拉油、牛奶
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.低粉和可可粉混合
  • 5.筛入蛋黄糊中
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.蛋白分三次加入白砂糖打发
  • 8.打至九分发,提起打蛋器略带弯钩
  • 9.先取三分之一打发的蛋白与可可糊混合
  • 10.再将混合好的可可糊一起倒入蛋白中翻拌混合均匀
  • 11.倒入铺好锡纸的烤盘中,烤盘稍震几下除去气泡,烤箱预热160度中层烤20分钟即可
