烤鸡肉串
做了烧烤酱,就趁热打铁再做个烤鸡肉串。土耳其人喜欢炭火烤肉。现在天冷不能在院子里生火,我决定用烤箱。其实烤箱更快速、味道也很不错,还可避免烤糊。

Steps to make 烤鸡肉串

  • 1.备好食料
  • 2.鸡肉切大块
  • 3.拌入烧烤酱,在冰箱中腌制三小时
  • 4.红椒、青椒、辣椒去籽切片和段
  • 5.炒锅加油,油热后放入彩椒爆炒,加人盐和一些烧烤酱搅拌均匀后关火
  • 6.将鸡肉、彩椒和小番茄串成串,放入烤盘
  • 7.鸡串放入事先设190度预热好的烤箱中
  • 8.烤10分钟即可盛盘。盛盘前再撒上些辣椒和百里香末。
