菌菇鸡汤
今天的鸡汤非常好喝,因为鸡是我妈妈自己喂的,每只都有3公斤左右,肉香汤鲜 ,不需要多余的调料就很好喝。
尤其是老人孩子要多喝菌菇类的汤,增加抵抗力。

  • 杏鲍菇1小根

Steps to make 菌菇鸡汤

  • 1.鸡肉砍小块泡水去除血水,冷水下锅去除血沫,开锅煮三至五分钟捞出备用,把食材都切好备用。
  • 2.养生锅加冷水放上生姜。
  • 3.再放入鸡肉和花椒粒。
  • 4.按快煮键烧开,转慢炖半个小时。
  • 5.鸡汤炖半个小时后,加入菌菇在炖15分钟。(应该是自己家喂的鸡,所以软烂的比较快)
  • 6.出锅加入枸杞就可以啦。
  • 7.盛到碗里,再撒上香葱。
  • 8.营养鲜美的鸡汤就炖好了。
