广式豆沙月饼

  • 9.加玉米油,分三次慢慢加入。
  • 10.炒成这样。
  • 11.直到炒的非常浓厚时加炒好的中筋粉。
  • 12.一个50克,做了30个,饼皮分成15克一个,馅料分成35克一个。
  • 13.饼皮包上豆沙馅料,虎口慢慢收拢,全部包好。
  • 14.压出模型。
  • 15.烤箱提前预热,190度烤五分钟。
  • 16.刷全蛋液。
  • 17.月饼就好了。
