Steps to make 可可爱上玛格丽特

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.黄油室温融化,切块。
  • 3.分数次加入糖粉,用电动打蛋器打发。
  • 4.打发好的黄油。
  • 5.将低筋面粉与玉米淀粉混合。
  • 6.分数次加入黄油中,并不停搅拌混合。
  • 7.继续搅拌混合。
  • 8.筛入蛋黄。
  • 9.搅拌。
  • 10.搅拌均匀后,戴上一次性手套,将面团和均匀。
  • 11.分成大小相当的两份。
  • 12.其中一份加入十克可可粉。
  • 13.和均匀。
  • 14.用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱。我之所以分成四份,是由于两份先做的放在冷冻室约20~30分钟,即可取出,做好后取出冷藏室里的另外两份继续做。
  • 15.将面团分成每个10克左右的大小,放入铺好烹调纸或锡纸的烤盘。
  • 16.搓成小球。
  • 17.大拇指按压小球中间,让其边缘形成裂纹,像花儿一样。
  • 18.170~180度烤20分钟左右,待饼干边缘稍有变色即可。
  • 19.取出放凉即可食用。
