Steps to make 大白菜粉条炒肉

  • 1.粉条提前泡软,入开水锅中煮熟捞出沥干备用。
  • 2.五花肉切薄片,水发木耳撕小块,葱、姜切丝,干红辣椒切圈,蒜切片。
  • 3.白菜切小块。
  • 4.锅中倒入比平时炒菜多些的油,放入八角小火炒出香味。
  • 5.放入五花肉翻炒至吐油。
  • 6.放入葱、姜、干辣椒继续煸炒。
  • 7.倒入料酒、酱油上色。
  • 8.放入白菜翻炒至白菜叶变软。
  • 9.加入沥干水份的粉条、木耳继续翻炒焖煮片刻。
  • 10.加入五香粉、盐。
  • 11.加入蒜片,翻炒至蒜出香味。
  • 12.淋入1勺生抽,加白糖提味。
  • 13.出锅装盘。
